When you notice that a contact has clicked too many times on the same link, this can mean one of the following:
- The person clicked on the link many times or shared the link internally within a project management system with other team members who in turn clicked.
- The person clicked on the link, it got stuck loading, so they continued to refresh the link with the cookie and session ID appended.
- The person has a bot or a collection of bots on the server that clicks on links and scans the destination URL for issues.
