When you notice that a contact has clicked too many times on the same link, this can mean one of the following:

  1. The person clicked on the link many times or shared the link internally within a project management system with other team members who in turn clicked.
  2. The person clicked on the link, it got stuck loading, so they continued to refresh the link with the cookie and session ID appended.
  3. The person has a bot or a collection of bots on the server that clicks on links and scan the destination URL for issues.
