To access General Settings of your account, click on the profile icon in the top right, and select Settings. You will be able to edit the following details:

  7. Default Sending Values: Establish default parameters for your communications. Set up the default Reply To, From Email, and From Name. Choose to prevent automatic replies to your campaigns for more control.
  8. Shortcodes: Updating Shortcodes that you use within your email campaigns or landing pages can also be done through general settings. You can input the address to be used with the [ADDRESS] Shortcode. In addition, this is where you can edit the Shortcode rendering values for the unsubscribe link. You can also input your social media channels URLs in here to be called in the future automatically when you use social media icons.
  9. Signature: Create and manage signatures used in your email.
  10. Whitelabel: Customize your platform’s appearance by implementing Whitelabel branding.
  11. API Integrations: Integrate external applications seamlessly with our API options for enhanced functionality
  12. Contacts Tags: Organize and categorize your contacts effectively by utilizing the Contacts Tags feature.
  13. Booking Settings: Create and manage bookings to your calendars.
  14. Security: Enabling your security by choosing the authentication option.
