In case, you want the contact to download a file after form submission, go to Form Settings of your list.
Turn on the option Redirect after subscription? and add the URL of your file.
To obtain your file URL, upload your file into the File Manager, right-click on your file and click on Show URL.
Copy this link and paste it into the Redirect URL.
Once done, click on Save.
