The Suppression List ensures that contacts who have unsubscribed are not re-added as active contacts in the future. Once a contact is added to this list, they are automatically marked as unsubscribed from all current and future mailing lists.
The Global Suppression List is a shared suppression list across the entire agency and its subaccounts.
When this feature is enabled, If a contact unsubscribes from one account, they are automatically marked as unsubscribed across all subaccounts and the main agency account.
Note: This feature is available for accounts with the Agency plan only.
How to Enable the Global Suppression List
- Navigate to Settings > Security.
- Locate and enable the Global unsubscribe option.
You have two configuration options:
- Enable for Agency and all subaccounts: Apply the global suppression list across the agency and every subaccount.
- Enable for selected subaccounts: Apply the global suppression list only to selected subaccounts.
