The below applies when creating an audience using email engagement as the criterion (Email Open, Email Unopened, Link Clicked, Link Not Clicked).
- Choose a specific email: If you want to filter contacts based on their engagement with a particular email.
- Select Any Email Campaign or/and Automated Message: If you want to filter contacts based on their engagement across multiple emails
If you choose the “Any Email Campaign” option, you can specify a limited number of latest sent campaigns or those sent within the selected time period.
If you choose the “Any Automated Message” option, you can filter the contacts who received any automated message within the selected time period
The same filter applies when setting a condition in your automation.
